Privacy policy

Zro Hours (“we”, “us”) is an interior design studio in Mumbai, India. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form on our Contact page:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• the type of project, if you select one;
• anything you write about your space.

We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The website remembers your light or dark theme choice on your own device; that setting is never sent to us.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and talk with you about your project. We don’t send marketing emails, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who handles it for us

A few trusted services help us run this website, and only see your details to do that job:

• Supabase stores enquiries securely so we can read them.
• An email delivery service sends each enquiry to our studio inbox, which is hosted by GoDaddy.
• Vercel hosts the website.

These providers may store data on servers outside India. We only use providers that protect it with industry-standard security.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and, if we work together, for our project records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Just email us and we’ll respond promptly.
