    Questions

    How long does a project take?

    A 1 BHK usually takes 1 to 1.5 months, a 2 BHK 3 to 4 months, and a commercial space about a month. After our first conversation, we give you a realistic timeline in writing.

    How much does it cost?

    Every space is different, so we quote for yours. You receive an itemised quotation and we refine it with you until it fits, before you commit to anything.

    How do payments work?

    A 50% advance when the contract is signed, and the balance before we hand over the keys. Nothing is added to the cost without your approval.

    Do you work outside Mumbai?

    Yes. We’re based in Mumbai and take on projects across India.

    Can I hire you for just one part of a project?

    Yes. Each service is available on its own. Tell us what you need and we’ll suggest the right fit.

    Do you design commercial spaces?

    Yes: offices, showrooms and retail spaces, hotels, cafés, restaurants and bakeries, and hospitals, clinics and wellness centres, with the same process and the same single point of contact.

    What if something changes mid-project?

    Changes happen. When they do, we explain what it means for cost and timeline first, and nothing moves forward without your approval.

    How involved do I need to be?

    As involved as you’d like in the decisions that matter: the brief, the design and the budget. The day-to-day coordination is ours, and you’ll be kept updated throughout.
